At Bear House India, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a garment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery provided it is unworn and has all original tags attached.

Quality Check Preparation
Ensure the apparel is in its original condition, unwashed, and packed securely in the original packaging with all brand tags intact.
Reverse Pickup
Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package and provide you with a pickup receipt.
Refund or Exchange Processing
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your refund will be initiated to your original payment method or the exchange item will be dispatched.
