What is the typical delivery timeline for my order?
We typically process and dispatch orders within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location in India, you can expect delivery within 3 to 7 business days.
How do I return or exchange an item?
We offer a hassle-free 15-day return and exchange policy. To initiate a request, visit our returns portal with your order ID and ensure the tags are intact and the garment is unworn.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes across India.
How do I find the right size for me?
Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' with specific measurements. We recommend comparing these measurements against a well-fitting garment you already own for the perfect fit.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be cancelled directly through your account dashboard as long as they haven't been shipped yet. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled but can be returned upon delivery.
Are the colors shown on the website accurate?
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to different screen resolutions and studio lighting, slight variations in color may occur.
